Instead of explaining to you all the science of how good nutrition wakes up your metabolism, let me say that following the TEID Lifestyle will be the beginning of waking up your metabolism.
Many of us don’t know what dense nutrition (food filled with nutrients our bodies need) and good healthy nutrition are and assume that good nutrition can be found in fast or processed foods. Then we load our plates with all of it, day after day.
Over the years, so many preservatives have transferred from a food source to being created in a chemical lab. Most people are unaware that these forms of preservatives and additives are in our food. They mess with our food and bodies, confusing our systems and preventing them from functioning at their optimum potential. Many times, these harmful substances even increase inflammation in our bodies.
