Merry Christmas With Love
During the hustle and bustle of this beautiful season of celebration I have been asked one question over and over... How do you stay well and healthy during this busy time of year? I am very grateful for this question and the opportunity to share with you.
It's simple, but found in more than just one answer. It's a lifetime of learning and experimenting with what works for me and can work for others. First and foremost I strive for balance. This balance is found in filling myself with the word of God. Other area's are in my hours of sleep, my expectations of myself, my expectations of others, knowing where my joy is found, learning to share that joy, staying in His peace, being a giver of this peace, having a grateful heart, giving grace to others where and when it is needed, knowing what is important and what is not priority for today. Keeping a list of my goals in front of me. Always reconfirming that list with God, and aligning with His Holy Spirit. Seeking His discernment in all I do. Knowing who I am, especially my identity in Christ. Knowing what that means to me and that everything I need for my journey is already available to me. Not being afraid to go where I am called, even if it means a different path than others are on. Being willing to learn daily and never afraid to say "I am sorry".
Secondly, I maintain the TEID Lifestyle, with good nutrition at the top of the list. Definitely being mindful to limit my out of the norm holiday foods, and sugar intake. Knowing the sugar will increase my body's inflamation and weaken my immune system.
Thirdly, I use the X39 Stem Cell Patch EVERY single day without fail, to give me a natural reboot and give my body the advantage of healing itself.
And finally, I increase my use of certain OHS supplements this time of year. Daily I use the Exposure Pak. I take 2 packets, one am and one pm currently, because a day doesn't go by that I am not around someone who is sick and running a fever. I also add EFA (2 gel caps, two to three times a day). I add a bit of extra Vit D a few times per week. I add Mg (1 am and 1 pm - helps fight depression, helps with emotional balance and improves rest). If I need an extra nibble in the afternoon and I am out and about I carry the Gummy Vitamins with me and chew on three. If I am having trouble winding my mind down at night, I use one Gummy Sleep. These are my main go too's and I am mindful to stay hydrated.
How do I feel you ask? AMAZING, thankfully! At 68 I feel like I am in my 40's.
I want to take a minute in closing to thank everyone who joined me for any of my book signings. And to say I feel so blessed by all of the love and support I have received these last few months. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
