STOP Blaming Yourself!
At our inner core, most of us blame ourselves for our failures. We will beat ourselves up day in and day out, even subconsciously. When we don’t stop this personal abuse, indirectly, we let the constant stress and battle hinder our success.
Unfortunately, our emotions take the biggest hit when we do this. Thus, the emotional roller coaster is being fueled for this ever-increasing downward journey of self-worth.
Negativity never encourages you to go to a higher level of yourself. It also doesn’t recognize or remind you that exactly what you need lies inside of you. You were created to live a healthy, balanced life. Take this blaming mindset and kick it out. As you place it outside the door of your mind, lock the door behind you and throw away the key. Then replace the blaming mindset with a knowledge of your high worth and high value. It might feel awkward for a bit, but this is where you are stepping into the truth of who you are and where you are supposed to live.
